We have also bomb alarm in the morning but hotel staf said that this is normal situation and probably this is a joke!! Generaly a lot of troubles in very short period of time!!!We were only one night!!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Putnik for a few nights during my visit to Serbia. The hotel was a great option for its comfortable rooms and affordable price. The staff were excellent, offering friendly service and good English skills. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the old town. The shower was also a highlight, with two showerheads to choose from. a pleasant stay with good value for the price.
Would recommend this hotel.

New hotel, room a good size and very clean. Nice view with big window. Great location in centre of town. We stayed during exit festival and could walk to festival easiely, they also increased the breakfast hours for the festival time.
Finish in the bathrooms lets the rooms down a little. Also the a/c was broken and they seem to be in no hurry to get it fixed. I asked for a fan and they gave us one though, seeing as it hit 39 c whilst we were there this was needed!

Contrary to what is advertised on Booked.net this hotel does not have air conditioning. It is very hit in the summer in Novi Sad. My girlfriend and I were constantly uncomfortable at night due to the lack of air conditioning. The cleaning staff didnott change our sheets once while we stayed there. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box, which is an added bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of the popular promenade. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The only small improvement that could be made is in regards to the breakfast. Although it is included in the stay, it would be better if it started a bit earlier.

Location: the hotel was close to deep center, the lower areas and the hallways, and a very good restaurant. Furthermore, right in the centre. The room was large, with extremely comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Plus it had a particularly nice view over the old town.
The hotel staff was very unhelpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to downtown and only a 10-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with a minibar, a private safe, and a writing desk. The hotel also provided free parking for guests. We were only 1 mile away from The Clock Tower, which was great.

Its situation; internet connection;
The hotel seems to have run out of money during renovations – and now the place is shoddily put together and the staff is unskilled and unfriendly. Concrete points: • New carpet in the corridors – old, bald carpets in rooms; • Shower overflows after a couple of minutes; • One of bathroom lights hang down on wires, inoperable; • Entry door sticks on the carpet and does not close; • That water was going to be switched off in all of Novi Sad for a day – the hotel was completely unprepared for this; I.E. no water supply in the toilets, no additional bottled water for drinking; I would not book again and strongly recommend waiting for a year or so, until all these unpleasant shortcomings are sorted out.

Our room was really nice, new, clean.
The breakfast is orgenaized by orders not buffet, and we had to wait ~15-20 minutes to get our breakfast.
